These terms cover the ICS SubHub text-message (SMS) notification program. For how we handle personal and mobile information, see our Privacy Policy.
ICS SubHub sends operational SMS text messages to opted-in faculty, staff, and substitute teachers. Message types include shift-availability alerts, coverage requests, assignment confirmations, and shift reminders tied to the recipient's own schedule. This is not a marketing program.
Message frequency varies based on shift and coverage activity in your school or role.

ICS SubHub is a private workforce scheduling app. Accounts are created by an administrator and there is no public signup. You opt in by (1) signing in to ICS SubHub, (2) adding a mobile phone number to your profile, (3) opening Notification Preferences and ticking the checkbox that reads "I agree to receive SMS notifications from ICS SubHub about my shifts, coverage assignments, and account activity. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe, HELP for help.", and (4) enabling the SMS toggle. SMS is off by default and cannot be turned on until the checkbox is checked. We store the timestamp of your consent and the exact consent text shown to you. Consent to receive SMS is collected only through these in-app controls and is never shared with or sold to any third party for their own marketing purposes.
Because ICS SubHub is a private app, the authenticated opt-in screen is documented publicly for review at https://icssubhub.com/sms-opt-in.
Reply STOP to any ICS SubHub SMS message to unsubscribe from all further SMS from this program. You will receive one final confirmation message. You may also disable SMS at any time from the notification preferences page inside the app, or remove your phone number from your profile.

Messages are delivered through Twilio to standard U.S. mobile carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Your phone number, opt-in status, and SMS content are handled as described in our Privacy Policy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
ICS SubHub is not liable for messages that are undelivered, delayed, or delivered out of order due to factors outside our control, including carrier availability and device settings.
